Our founder Marian Hawkes created Falcon + Rose, combining her hospitality background with her love of the arts, entertainment and all things unique. Her mission - to create exciting, sensual, original experiences for her clients.
Transporting your guests with ambiance, nuance and flare is our passion. As a performer I know how to transport an audience. I want your event to feel immersive and unique. Most of all, I want it to represent you!

Full event planning
We will meet in person or virtually to discuss the scope of your event. We will draw up a budget - once defined we will execute the entire event. From invitations and design concept, to vendor bookings and running the event day of. We are available throughout the planning period for any questions or desired changes. You will have full access to Marian and her team.

Partial planning
Partial Service Coordination is our mid-level package. If you’re looking for structured guidance through the planning process and a day of coordinator to run your event, then the Partial Coordination package is for you. You will have access to unlimited tailored advice to set you up for success.

Day of Coordination
If you’re looking for structured guidance to kick off your planning process with management day of, then Day of Coordination is the package for you! We’ll set you up for success at the beginning of the process, and then day of, your coordinator will take the reins so you can focus on the moment.
